Your initial appointment is a comprehensive evaluation. We’ll discuss your current concerns, medical and mental health history, lifestyle factors, and treatment goals. This is also a time for you to ask questions and share what you’re hoping to get out of care. Together, we’ll begin developing a personalized treatment plan, which may include medication management, supportive therapy, and practical strategies.

Yes. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I am trained and licensed to assess, diagnose, and prescribe medication when appropriate. Medication is always considered thoughtfully and as part of a broader, individualized treatment plan.

I will be an out-of-network provider as well as taking some insurances. However, as an out-of-network provider a superbill can be provided for possible reimbursement through your insurance plan

Without insurance restrictions, treatment is guided by your individual needs—not limitations on diagnoses, session length, or frequency of care. Private pay also offers greater privacy, more meaningful time with your provider, and a more collaborative approach focused on long-term mental wellness and lasting progress.
