A detailed initial visit including full assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

Initial Evaluation: $500 for 90 minutes

Follow-Up Appointments
Ongoing visits for medication management, therapy integration, and progress review.

Follow-Up Visit: $225 - $300 for 25 - 60 minutes (variable)
Payment is due at the time of service.
